Flat roof house extension in Mortlake, South West London
Our clients purchased this property with the intention of making a modern family home of it. Our task was to create an area that could be a bright and cheerful family room incorporating a new, modern kitchen.
The new rear extension gave them more space than they had imagined possible, enabling not only a spacious kitchen but releasing the existing dining room for alternative use. All aspects of the building regulations had to be complied with to enable its open plan design.
