Basement and rear kitchen extension in London
We had a very hard task. The client wanted to create more space with a limited budget, without completely demolishing an existing kitchen extension and losing more space in the garden (as they had already compromised a part of the garden with an existing house extension). So we had offered him a solution - an underground space under the garden. We agreed and started digging the basement. The job required site piling to stabilize both neighbor party walls. As you can see we installed a walking glass light on the patio to get more natural light into the basement gym area, sauna, shower room, and tv room.
