New build in Claygate, Surrey
The first idea was just to extend and refurbish the property. After we have done the site/home survey we agreed with the client the house is in very bad shape.
After consultation with an architect, we have decided it will be better and more feasible to start from scratch and build a new house that will meet all current British Building Standard and Environment Regulations. And the result is just perfect.
